The YZ250 offers pure performance and full-throttle adrenaline in a lightweight and reliable two-stroke machine. Nothing beats the bark and instantaneous throttle response of the lightweight YZ250. Not only is a two-stroke more affordable and easier to maintain, it also provides a very entertaining ride.

The 249cc liquid-cooled reed-valve-inducted two-stroke engine is lightweight, compact and fun, with an incredibly wide, hard-hitting powerband.

The lightweight braking system features a 270mm front rotor, 240mm rear rotor, large front pistons, rigid calipers and high-friction pad material, all combining to provide exceptional braking power and feel with less unsprung weight.

Bold Monster Energy®-inspired graphics package combines with aggressive YZ bodywork, slim body panels and blacked-out radiator shrouds for an official Yamaha factory team look and feel.
