All-new lightweight CF aluminium die-cast frame
The entirely new compact CF die-cast aluminum frame design is a modern take on the Deltabox layout. A higher level of chassis stiffness improves rider feedback and stability while increasing the dynamic riding window. Optimized swingarm pivot structure, light and slim chassis, and a more laidback feel make the new XSR 900 a welcome day-to-day partner.
NEXT GENERATION DESIGN & STYLE
Quality and attention to detail is obvious from every angle, and it is clear that no corners have been cut and no compromises were made by designers in their mission to build this next generation Sport Heritage model. For a qualitative, yet race inspired image, the cockpit is enhanced with a machined top triple clamp, drilled fork caps and an aluminum XSR logo. Other features include an embossed aluminum rear underplate, forged foot controls, black brake reservoirs and bar end mirrors showing that this is a motorcycle that is ready to make an impression – and not just with the rider.

CHASSIS / SUSPENSION
All-new Lightweight CF Aluminium Die-cast Frame
An entirely new compact CF die-cast aluminium frame design—a modern take on the Deltabox layout—features a higher level of chassis stiffness for improved rider feedback, stability and an increased dynamic riding window.
Longitudinal, lateral and torsional rigidity are all significantly increased, resulting in better straight-line stability together without affecting agility, and the head pipe is located 30 mm lower than the previous model for increased feeling when cornering.
14% reduction in inertia around the steering axis compared to the previous model – enabling the rider to corner quickly, accurately and confidently.
Adjustable Suspension
A fully adjustable 41 mm front fork uses optimized settings that match the character of the compact new high-rigidity frame and reduce the tendency to pitch, giving a smoother and more controlled ride. The adjustable rear suspension features new settings as well as a revised linkage to match the all-new, high-rigidity swingarm.
Lightweight SpinForged Wheels
Weighing 700 g less than the previous model, the new SpinForged wheels give outstanding chassis agility by decreasing the moment of inertia at the rear by 11%. This reduced unsprung weight also enhances suspension performance, and contributes towards an impressive 9% improvement in fuel efficiency.
