INTEGRATED STEERING F150 DEC and Mechanical outboards now feature integrated steering; a level up in smart control options with the advent of integrated Electro-Hydraulic Steering on select 2.8L DEC models and integrated Hydraulic Steering on the remainder of 2.8L and 2.7L DEC and mechanical models. Integrated steering allows boat builders to use the space savings and streamlined appearance to create more feature-rich, desirable boats with premium benefits. Integrated Steering from factory is now available in an electro-hydraulic or hydraulic option. This plug-and-play system uses fewer rigging components, offers smooth responsive steering that is fully compatible with Helm Master EX.
Designed for faster, easier engine tilting, TotalTilt® allows for complete tilt up from any position with a simple double push of the "UP" trim/tilt button or full tilt down (to bottom of tilt range) with a double push of the "DOWN" trim/tilt button. For safety, a warning horn will sound just before and during these operations. The operator can stop movement and the horn anywhere in between by pressing the tilt button again. Helm Master is a fully integrated boat control system that allows captains of large offshore boats to truly master their boating experience. This system is now available in Canada through select OEMs on new boat packages equipped with Yamaha Digital Electronic Control models from 150hp to 425hp. Available on Hydro-Electric Models.
