It has 3 inch thick AZDEL walls (R36 insulation value) and comes with a 53-gallon freshwater reservoir and 30- and 60-gallon black and gray water tanks, respectively. The trailer comes with washer/dryer prep preinstalled and has an additional 30-gallon gray water tank dedicated to those hookups. Additionally, each holding tank is heated to avoid freezing and all water lines have built in heat tracer wires for those cold weather conditions. This RV was developed with the full time RV\'ers in mind. The interior temperature of the 3100KXT is maintained by a 40,000 BTU furnace and two independent 15,000 BTU air conditioning units with heat strips. An electric fireplace adds another 5,000 BTUs of heat when needed, not to mention a much-appreciated ambiance on cold winter nights. Dual-pane windows, triple-insulated floors, and a heated underbelly add additional protection from the elements. East to West outfitted the 3100KXT’s primary bedroom with a king-size bed, while two bunk beds are found at the rear of the vehicle. The trailer has a 200-watt solar panel on the roof that feeds power to an onboard electrical system.
